Picture #7 Whole House Remodel
The Wash Park bungalow featured in this picture was
built in the early 1900's. However, by the time it was discovered by the current owner, the
property had undergone a less than favorable pop-top addition in the late 80's. (see link below

Design Build Dwellings, Inc. was commissioned to design and construct a refurbishment that would
enhance the original character of the property and provide informal space for outdoor living.
The design of the upstairs master suite takes advantage of the wrap-around porch for a
walk-out terrace that continues the outdoor living theme below.
